Stand Up Paddleboarding @ Deep Cove Canoe and Kayak
Beginner Lessons: $50 per person
Stand-up Paddleboarding, or SUP, is an excellent way to get out on the water, have fun and get a great workout. This 2-hour session includes 1 hour of instruction and one hour of practice time. Participants will learn the basics of Stand-up Paddleboarding which includes proper and efficient paddling technique, maneuvering the board and basic on-water safety.
Group fitness sessions $25 per person
Gather up some friends for your weekly workout on the water! The price per person includes one hour of paddleboarding activities that are designed to improve balance and core strength. The intensity level is catered to the group’s abilities, but it is recommended that you take at least one basic lesson before signing up for fitness sessions.
Private SUP Sessions
We also offer custom private lessons to suit all levels. Arrange private sessions for fitness training or even learn the basics of catching a wave!
