Stand Up Paddleboarding @ Deep Cove Canoe and Kayak

Beginner Lessons Private

Learn the fundamental skills and techniques of stand up paddleboarding to maximize your strength-building and enjoyment of the sport. SUP can be done as an intense workout, or simply for a relaxing change of pace, but like all sports there is a right and wrong way to do it. During beginner’s lessons, you will benefit from learning the proper ways to paddle, balance, turn, and even catch a wave if you wish! Lessons are 1.5 hours.

Group fitness sessions

Gather up some friends for your weekly workout on the water! The price per person includes one hour of paddleboarding activities that are designed to improve balance and core strength. The intensity level is catered to the group’s abilities, but it is recommended that you take at least one basic lesson before signing up for fitness sessions.

SUP Kids summer camps

Get your fun-loving wild child out of the house and into the water this summer! During the months of July and August, SUP Deep Cove is running a Kids Camp for ages 8 to 15 every day from Monday-Friday. The time slots each day are from 9 A.M. – 12 P.M. and from 1P.M. – 4 P.M. The price includes five sessions (one week) per child, and permits you to sign up for times that work with your schedule.
