Race time in the Okanagan

    Hey SUP'ers
    We're working out the final details for the first SUP race in the Okanagan. The sport is still new to the area but there's a core of us who are already hooked and ready to race.

    Tentative Date: June 19-20
    Locations: Kalamalka Lake and Wood Lake, Vernon and Oyama, BC
    Events: Short Course, Kalamalka Distance Race, and either sprints or relays, plus entertainment, demos, and hopefully a trip to Ashton Creek.

    Our only technical issue is that the weekend is Father's Day - would that prevent anyone from traveling to an event? Any insight would be appreciated.
